As Managing Director France, you'll play a key role in shaping our market presence and driving the next stage of growth. You'll build and scale our local business, strengthen our position in the French market, and create a high-performing organization that stays close to customers while working hand in hand with our headquarters in Germany.

What makes this role so special? You combine entrepreneurship with purpose. You'll work closely with our German headquarters as an equal partner, expanding the Inuvet spirit in France and turning our vision into reality.

• You'll take full responsibility for our French organization, both strategically and operationally. With a true start-up mindset, you'll work hands-on, think pragmatically, and focus on sustainable growth.

• You'll further develop our existing business while creating scalable structures for the next phase of growth.

• You'll shape sales processes, marketing strategies, and team structures together with our headquarters in Germany, while enjoying a high degree of autonomy and ownership.

• You'll build and lead your local team and, especially in the beginning, work closely with veterinarians, clinics, and distributors to establish strong relationships.

• Building a local network, increasing brand awareness, and translating market insights into continuous improvements will be an important part of your role.

• You think beyond individual departments and focus on finding practical solutions that support the company's long-term success.

• You'll spend around two to four days per month in Lörrach and travel regularly throughout France to meet customers, partners, and attend industry events.

• You enjoy growing businesses and taking them to the next level. You think like an entrepreneur, make confident decisions, and take ownership, even when things become challenging.

• You have experience building and leading teams or business units, ideally within a start-up, scale-up, or market entry environment.

• You have a strong commercial mindset and know how to inspire people, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or while networking.

• You speak French at a native level and have excellent English skills. German is a plus but not a requirement.

• You're pragmatic, solution-oriented, and know how to achieve excellent results with limited resources.

• Experience in the animal health industry, D2C or B2B2C sales, or regulatory environments would be a valuable advantage.
